Lost my Permissions

I am currently working on setting up user level passwords
etc... I went into change a users password before letting
anyone use it when I accidently cleared my own. I figured
no big deal thinking I would now just have a blank one but
now I don't get a prompt but an error message. It
says, "You do not have the necessary permissions to use
the <file name here> object. Have your system
administrator or the person who created this object
establish the appropriate permissions for you." I am the
person who created it! I could access it through another
Admins password and account but I dont get a prompt to
enter that information. Help? How do I go about getting
back into the database and fixing this?

I guess I did clear the Admin password and I can change it
but it still doesn't allow me to open the database. I'm
still getting the same error message, if I try to open it.

It is now working and I can log in. Not sure what the
delay was after resetting the password. Thank you for
your help!
