Lost mail

Help needed Recently had the problem where could receive email but not send.
Followed one thread where removed windows mail from my computer and then
restarted windows mail to let it recover itself. This worked fine yesterday
but tonight received new emails but now, in Local Folders, being told that
'there are no folders to show for this account'. but under inbox it tells me
there are unread messages but Windows Mail cannot open this folder possibly
due to low disk space? No emails are showing in any of my folders.
