Lost Access to System Restore file access.

I recently lost access to my System Restore file access thru System
Properties. I ran out of space on my OS C:\ drive because of a flag that was
left turned on by Bootvis. When I first got the Dangerously Low on disk
space msg. it also told me that it was disabling my System Restore Files.
Sure enough I can't get to the System Restore feature through my system
properties. When I attempt to access through the System Restore Tab of
System properties I get the specific message as follows: -An exception
occurred while trying to run
"C:\windows\system32\shell32.dll,Comtrol_RunDLL"C:\Windows\System32\sysdm.cpl",System"-
Is there a quick way to regain access to this feature again?

How large is your C drive and how much free space?

Hi,

System Restore requires a minimum of 200 MB of free disk space on the
system drive at installation. When the amount of free disk space falls
below 50 MB on any monitored drive, System Restore switches to standby
mode and stops creating restore points. All restore points are deleted
at that time. System Restore reactivates and resumes creating restore
points as soon as 200 MB of disk space is free on the system drive.

You may want to consider using Disk Cleanup to free up disk space before
trying to run System Restore again.

Ask for a refund for the classes you paid for as they incorrectly told
you bootvis was for home systems.
