Lord of the rings return of the king

i can play beggining of game all the way through the first mission, then it ends and the screen goes to next mission but before it starts i get this error. code c0000005 at 004801f9, i hv no idea what this is or how to fix, all help will be appreciated.

Check on EA's website (www.ea.com) to see if it's already covered.
