lookn for a lil help

I just set up a live.com email and am tryng to send an attatchment but keep
recieving this error messege:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Emailing: 39207', Account:
'pop.live.com', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

any idea on how I can get through this lil road block, would be greatly
appreciated

You will probably find that your ISP - like almost all ISPs - blocks access
to any mail servers (other than their own) on Port 25.

Instead try Port 587 and turn SSL ON.

That server requires the SSL option to be enabled.
Also, if port 25 does not work, change it to port 587.
