I'm trying to set up my Windows mail and this is the error message that I get:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.live.com', Server:
'pop.live.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Not sure what his means. Please help.

That server doesn't use port 110, it uses port 995. Also, it requires the SSL
option. For the complete settings see

Use port 587 rather than port 25 for the SMTP server.

The Server name should be pop3.live.com.
