Looking for alternative to Symantec/Norton protected recycle bin...

Hello,

can anyone recommend alternatives to the Symantec/Norton protected
recycle bin (that is part of Symantec System Works) ? I like the
functionality very much, having installed it with System Work slows
down my system though.
