Outlook Links in Outlook 2010

I'm having trouble with links in Emails in Outlook 2010 running on Windows 8.1. When I receive an email with a link in it, it opens up in OutlookSecureTempFolder. Anyone have any idea why this would happen. I've search everywhere and cannot find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :bow:

I've attached a screen of the email message and one of what opens when I click it.

Try setting Internet Explorer as your default and see how links in Outlook behave. If they open in IE, reset Firefox or other browser of your choice as the default and try it.
