Hi,
We are using outlook 2010 with Exchange 2010 and a few users have been seeing the following error message when trying to click on selected emails to open them (most emails open without issues): "Cannot open this item".
The users can open OWA and view the message without any issues.
When I switch off 'cached mode' the same error appears for the same emails.
There doesn't seem to be any connection between the emails which can't open. It looks random.
I have done a mailbox repair in Exchange which came back without any issues.
We have created a new profile. The same emails still can't be opened.
Any help would be appreciated.
