LDAP Directory prompt

Every time Outlook 2003 is started a LDAP Directory prompt appears. It request connection details for: Server "NULL", Port 3268, and User Name "NULL". This computer is hard wired to a wireless router. How does one get disable the LDAP prompt? Are there any risk to it being disabled?

I'm guessing that the LDAP entry came about when importing account(s) in
from Outlook Express. To remove the LDAP address book, select Tools | Email
Accounts | View/Change existing address books | highlight LDAP (might read
active directory) | remove. (No harm in removing it)
