LDAP Directory and Outlook 2002

When I click to open Microsoft 2002 I get a gray box which
has Microoft LDAP Directory on the top and in the boxes it
has "Null" in the Server box. and "3268" in the Port box
and "Null" in the User name box.

How do I keep this box from popping up every time I use
Outlook?

Remove the LDAP by going to Tools-Email Accounts, and choose view or change
existing directories
