Help - win2k sp4 will not boot = I reveive this blue screen message

*** STOP: 0X0000001E (0xC0000005,0xBB9B44D0,0x00000000,0x00001028)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I can not solve - I viewed knowledge base.

Any ideas?
