kmode_exception_not_handled stop: 0x0000001E

I am not able to boot my pc after downloading some updates
from microsoft. I keep getting the
kmode_exception_not_handled stop: 0x0000001E message on
the blue screen and I think it has something to do with
the NDIS Driver, can anyone help

Using your Win2000 installation CD, you can boot into
Command Console mode, then rename the various ndis
driver files in c:\winnt\system32\drivers to disable them.
This will probably allow you to boot normally. You should
then uninstall & re-install your network adapter and your
networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP).
