Keyloggers

Does anyone happen to know if the Microsoft Antispyware program is any good
for detecting keyloggers?

I am looking for one that is halfway decent anyways (keylog detection).
Mainly because I just discovered a keylogger on my computer. It appears to
have only run for 2 days in March, but my virus scanner signature didn't
pick it up until yesterday.

It recorded every single keystroke I type, even inside online games.
Including my passwords. The worst kind of virus/trojan. The text file was
left on my drive of what it recorded.

It should be--this is high among the targets the program is intended to deal
with.

If you are having any trouble at all getting rid of the keylogger, don't
hesitate to call Microsoft PSS:

1-866-pcsafety in the U.S. or Canada, elsewhere, call your local Microsoft
office or subsidiary and ask for the free help with virus or security patch
issues.

This anti keylogger program won't run on my computer, it keeps stopping
itself because it doesn't like something else that is running, although it
never says what. Every single version of that program has the same problem.
