Keyboard mapping at login

Hey, can anyone tell me how to change the default keyboard mapping when I
log in. I'm not talking alt-shift, i mean removing or changing the default
from Dvorak to Qwerty. WHen I installed the system i set up default as
Dvorak and now someone else needs to use it. I've removed the dvorak
mapping from all profiles I could find and still when it's time to login,
it's in dvorak?

Hi Brian,
Go to Control Panel>Regional & Language, then the Languages Tab at top,
Details..., change default to US, Apply then Ok, then go to Advanced tab back
in the Regional & Language window, at the bottom click the radial icon to
Apply all settings to the current user and the default user, Apply, Ok.
