keyboard layout changes spontaneously

i just recently added Dvorak as one of my keyboard layout and use CTRL+SHIFT
to switch between it and QWERTY.

i've noticed that somehow my mouse clicks elsewhere in Windows (whether it
is to open a program or click on an icon), it will toggle the keyboard
layout.

i've checked my mouse settings to see if my mouse clicks have some other
meaning, but i don't think it's set up like that at all.

any ideas?

Mouse clicks can be set in apps & not show in mouse
properties. ie nVidia driver sets shift+scroll=zoom in.

MS need to define 1 place where ALL Win+, CTL+ALT, can be
viewed. Now u must document it urself with shortcuts.

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)
