Keyboard Issues

Hey Everyone,

I have a Dell Latitude D500. Everything used to be working fine with the
keyboard until I had to reinstall XP. When I press the Fn key in combination
with the volume adjuster or battery icon, the images no longer pop up. Usualy
when I pressed Fn with Volume Up, an image would appear showing me that the
volume was going up. How do I get this function back, is it a driver or just
a simple choosing of a property?

You need to go to Dell's support site for your specific model laptop.
Download and install the Dell drivers and software. All laptop mftr.'s
have specialized power management software, etc.
