Kellys Korner

I have problems in my display properties and trying to fix them. When I
download any of the tips from Kellys Korners and than I click to run it, it
always comes up in notebook and does nothing can anyone help me and tell me
what to do?

Are they .reg files?

If yes can you right-click them and select "Merge" ?

Right-click on the file and choose "Save Target as" in your browser to download the file.

have a Save-As command. Why?

Right-click on the file and choose "Save Target as" in your browser to
download the file.

If you're already downloaded the .REG file, then right-click and choose "Merge".

The note I posted explains how to download the file. Some browsers simply open the text content (text/plain) in the browser window rather than displaying the Open/Save dialog.
