Just the FAX, ma'am

I read a recent posting about FAX functions, and admit I am stumped - we
don't get a book anymore, you know.

I have XP home edition, with SP2, and a fax/printer plugged into the
same line as this computer. I have MaxEmail, but like everything else,
their prices are edging upward. I was wondering if I have the
capability, but just don't know how to use it, or if a separate program
has to be bought.

My big thing every month is a newsletter, which I e-mail to a couple
hundred people, and FAX to a couple dozen people who don't compute. It
would be heaven to just send an email to: my group, and have it go to
everybody.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

PD.

Go to Start/Help and type "FAX" in the search window. Your question will be
answered. (Yes, you can fax from Windows XP.)

Hope this helps,
Milt

Slight problem: I didn't mention this, but I am on Mozilla Firefox,
instead of Microsoft Outlook. I started to FAX from my address book, but
the .wab file is bare. I have reason to suspect my address book is kept
on the server now. Any suggestions (can I point to the address book
source somehow?)

Many thanks for the help!!
