Jpeg/Bitmap Saving

For some reason when i go to save pictures now (by right clicking "save target as..." on the picture" it will only save them as bitmap with the default name of "untitled". It does not give me the option to save as jpeg, nor does it default to the pictures actual name as it is on the web. Please help!

Empty your TIF (IE Tools>Internet Options>General>Temporary Internet
Files>Delete files).
