Joining a domain

Hello everyone.
I'm having a problem with joining Windows 2000 PC to a Windows NT 4 domain.
When i go to System applet in Control Panel, and I choose the Network
identification tab, I click on the Properties button, and type the domain
name, and when I click OK button, I enter administrator username and
password, and it displays this message to me: "The following error occurred
attempting to join the domain "XXXXXX": The credentials supplied conflict
with an existing set of credentials", and it returns me to previous screen.

Hope you understood what I'm trying to say

Please help, this is kinda urgent.

Yes indeed. This is easy to fix: open a command prompt and type

net use * /del <enter>

The try again.
