Joining 2000 Domain

Hi :

I have this error when i try to join a domain on client computer:

"The following error occured attempting to join the domain <MyDomain>:"
The Credential supplied conflict with an existing set of credential"

Any help will be appreciated.

This can mean that you're already connected and authenticated on the server
somehow.

For example, you log into a pc that's not part of the domain and map a drive
to a server that is part of the domain, then you try to join the domain
you'll get that error.

Try creating a new user account on the workstation, restarting, log into the
workstation as that other user before anyone else logs in, then join the
domain.
