JET SP8 issue

Hi.

I am running Access 2003 (11.5614.5606) and am getting a
message that Jet needs SP8.

The PC is not on the internet so I can't use windows
update so from another PC I downloaded SP8 from the
Microsoft site, transferd it to the other PC but when I
ran it I got the following:

Setup has detected that the service pack vertion of this
system is newer than the update you are applying. There
is no need to install this update.

Can someone help.

Had the same problem, go to "Tools/Macro/Security" in Access drop down menu
and set the Security to "Low" and you will not see the warning. Of course I
would only do this for a database that you developed and that is on a
comuputer as you said that is not on the internet.
