Java Error on One Sight Only

I am trying to accrss www.verizonwireless.com/bc2/index/jsp
My Browser hangs up half way through load and finally opens with very large
print and is unusable.
I get the following 4 messages:
Error On Page:
Line 7 Char 1 Error 'um' is undefined Code 0
Line 11 Char 505 Error 'um' is undefined Code 0
Line 11 Char 1 Error 'um' is undefined Code 0
Line 1249 Char 9 Error Object Expected Code 0

I use Java2 1.4.2_05 I have no problems opening any other sight and run
POGO games shich use Java. I can not open this sight no mater how I try to
access it. Ling, Google, Direct input in browser search.
IE version 6.0.2800.1106
SP1
I have tried all the tests and settings I have seen recommended and only one
recommending I needed Java help but did not explain why. Yes the little man
dances, yes the card trick works.

It may also be a JavaScript problem, try the following and see if it helps:

Register these files:

1. Click on Start -- Run
2. Type Regsvr32 softpub.dll
3. Click OK

or........

Problems accessing secure sites/ cannot install 128 bit encryption

You can try updating your scripting engine. The latest scripting engine can
