After installing the latest series of updates from
Windowsupdate, IE6 will not run Java Applets using MS JVM.
I can install and configure Sun Java, but we lease some
applications that will not run unless you are running IE
and MS JVM.
I uninstalled IE6 and reinstalled MSJavaX86. I can run
Jview from the command prompt and it runs with no errors.
I have tested and re-tested the security settings as well
and even added the sites which have been giving us trouble
to the "Trusted" category.
At this point I would just wipe the drive and start over,
however, this is a Terminal Server with Citrix and I don't
want to upset anyone by having to reactivate terminal
product licenses.
Can anyone think of anything that I may have missed?
Thanks,
Garrett Taylor
