I installed Java Runtime Environment from the Java website. After then all
Java applets used to run properly. Then I installed Internet Explorer 6 and
till then no Java applets run in it though another browser which was
previously installed allows Java applets after the download of Java software.
Why is this happenning? Can anyone help?

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced
Scroll down to Java (Sun) and make sure that it is checked (and that you
have 1.4.2_06 0r later).
Also make sure that nothing is checked for Microsoft VM (if it's there).

Thank you for your suggestion but I have checked that option already before
and visited and followed the solutions of Internet Explorer 6 from Microsoft
Solutions. Still I am having the problem. I think it is a problem related to
MSIE only as I experience no problem about Java Applets while browsing
through Firefox. Should I reinstall the Java Software ?

Thank you for your suggestion but I have already checked that before and
still having the problem. But there is no inconvenience regarding running the
Java Applets while browsing through Firefox. Should I reinstall the Java
Software?
