A friend of mine has Corel Draw and Photoshop, how can I fix the problem with these progs, or with any other

it'd depend on the cause of these "jagged edges". if you give a link to a
page with the offending logo someone will tell you exactly it's jagged.

You shouldn't use bitmaps in webs. They are too huge and have display problems
Open the file in photoshop and make any corrections, then save as .jpg (or .gif if transparent).

If the cost of Photoshop or Corel is an issue you can get very good results
with PaintShop Pro or even the freeware GIMP (originally for Linux but now
available for Windows

As Steve said you need to post a url to see why the image has jagged edges
but you will probably need another program than Paint to create a decent
graphic for the web.
