I've lost the Ctrl+Alt+Del function

Hello
It used to be when I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del a window popped up to allow me
to check[X] an offending prog and shut it down
I'm not sure if it was third party software or part of Win XP
Can anyone help me restore it please
