Hello
When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del I get a CPU useage box in the taskbar.
It used to be when I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del a window popped up to allow me
to check[X] an offending prog and shut it down
Can anyone help me restore it please
Using Win XP

Hi

Have you installed any 3rd party software that could have altered that
function? Try a System Restore back to a point before the problem started.

The box is the minimized Task Manager. Double-click to launch it.

You have the option "Hide when Minimized" set.

I think you should click on that box in the taskbar and the window should
open and you can use the tabs to change view.
