ISP with remote desktop

I have 2 questions about remote desktop. First, if I am
at work and log on remotely to my desktop, then surf the
web, is this through my works ISP or through mine.
Second, does the account I log into have to be the active
account on my home computer. I have a generic account on
my home computer that is used most of the time. It is not
password protected. If I am logged on in that account,
can I still log onto my home computer using my
administrator account or do I have to have that account
active on my home computer?

Thanks

To logon to a Remote Desktop session the account must be an Administrator or be a member of the
Remote Desktop Users Group. In addition the account must have a password.

If you connect to your home PC from work using RD and surf the web using the home PC, then your
using your home ISP.
