Is .NET Framework already in FP 2003 ?

I went on to agree that it doesn't "auto" update but is an optional
component. I then posted that, in fact, there is no technical difference
between the way it is presented in WU for Win2003 and WinXP because it ships
with Win2003 and is available as an optional update to WinXP.
