Today, I bought a new 6gb mp3 player and encountered some problems. I believe that my computer doesn't reconize the mp3 player. I installed the needed drivers and such then plugged in the usb cabled and nothing happened. I searched around in my device manager wizard and still have found nothing. I have tried all of the ports and even tried messing around in the registry files and rebooting and restoring the computer and such.. Any ideas or ways to help my problem?
