Virus and Spyware are complete different malware.

Do you save MSAS setupfile or tries to run it from download ?
Save it and run it after download.

To remove virus and spyware, try also TrendMicro

Choose "New" scan and both virus and spyware.

You must permit TrendMicros ActiveX module to be run within IEs
infobar.
