Word Internet Linking Problem in Word 2003

Hi there,

I have Win XP Home Ed. SP2 with Office 2003. When I use Word 2003 and open a document with internet links I can't get them to work when I click on one. Instead I get this box:


Microsoft Office Word

X This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator.


This is my personal 4 yr old laptop computer and it does hook up to internet with my browser, just not thru Word 2003.

I think it is just a permissions setting but I don't know how to do it.

If I use this same document on my home computer with Word 2002 the links work with Control + Click which engages my browser to the internet.
