Internet home page problems

Like Kevin, my home page keeps defaulting to a garbled
set of symbols and letters. Each time I try to reset the
home page it defaults back to the same annoying address,
and the error message that the page cannot be displayed.

The most likely cause of this is spyware on your PC.Do a
search on google for spybot(search and destroy) or
adaware (www.lavasoft.com)
Two programs that are free to download. once installed,
get any available updates for them and then run the
programs. This will most likely solve your problems.
