Internet home page keeps changing to fastsearch.cc

My default internet home page setting changes everytime I
shut down and then reboot my computer. I set it to the
site I want and when I turn it back on it is set to some
http://fastsearch.cc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is the most
frustrating thing I have ever encountered!
