Home page keeps reverting to other web site

I have set my home page to boston.com, however, everytime
I reboot or shut off and restart my computer, it reverts
to http://fastsearch.cc/ydtfs/. I go into Internet
options and change it back and each time it brings this
other stupid web page up. How do I get rid of this and
have it bring up what I want the page to be.
