Internet Explorer Problem

After clicking Internet Explorer, If i click any shortcut
url, It is opening url window with minimize (like small
window).If drag or maximize, then close all the
windows.And If i try again with clicking internet explorer
then if i go to shortcut url,again it is getting minimize
(like very small window).
How can i fix shortcut url window with maximize all the
time.

Could anybody can help me.

Are you closing the stretched window last?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
