Windows version?

Chances are you're suffering from the affect of some "remainders" of malware
which was removed by the Malicious Software Removal Tool.

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.

For come strange reason after I install Fresh Diagnose from Fresh
Devices it ask to reboot. After that reboot everything started
working. I had rebooted the machine more than 10 times before that
last reboot, so all I can say is that the installation touch something
that was needed for IE to work.

Thanks for the information.
