internet explorer access random sites

HI, i have a weird problem:
I have WInXP Prof and when i open a web site doesnt show some images (i get
an X instead of images), BUT sometimes, accessing the SAME site opens images
ok.
Or if i go to a web site and then go back to a previous site (which
iexplorer opened it fine) doesnt open it this time..!!
i really dont know whats going on...
