Internet Explorer 6 Delete Temp files on close.

I have a Windows XP Pro, SP 2 with IE6 and I think SP1. On the Advanced tab
in the properties, in the Security section I have selected "Empty Temporary
Internet files when browser closed" When I close the browse, I look and the
Temp files are still there and I have to delete them manually. Is there
another way to set this so that Temporary files will be deleted?
