Internet Connection via different users on windows xp

Ive just got a quick query.

Im running windows xp home, and have about 5 users at the moment.
My issue is that when im connected to the net on one user and then decide to
switch users the internet gets disconnected and i have to dial-up again! It
really gets very annoying and ive looked everywhere for a setting that will
keep the connection running even whilst switching users.

Can someone please

Ps. I am running on a broadband connection (ADSL).
