Internet Browser toolbars disappear

David

I run Win XP, and the Internet Explorer Browser Version
6. I have a few toolbars installed on my machine, which
prevent pop-ups. Until recently this worked fine. Now,
everytime I start the browser these toolbars no longer
appear. If I go to "View" "Toolbars" they still appear,
and as soon as I check them, the re-appear.

Then I close the browser and start it again. At first
they appear, until the page has finished loading and then
they disappear again. It is as if somewhere, someone
managed to get something installed in the background that
prevents these toolbars from remaining active.

Any ideas?
