Interface not registered

Try to copy music to cd; gives meesage 80040155, "Interface not Registered";
have version 9.00.00.3075, have Windows Xp Home Edition, can any body help? I
always use this, then it says i cant

Do you have a subscription that allows music to be transferred to specific
MP3 players and that's all? If you have a flat rate for unlimited downloads
they cannot be burned.
