Intelipoint custom button assignment

Helo all!!!

i just upgraded my microsoft trackball optical driver
(Microsoft IntelliPoint Mouse 5.0).
i was using 4.1 or 4.6 (i can't remember).
I used to have one of my assigned as DELETE. the new
version does NOT give me this option. i use it a lot and
can't live without it anymore. how can i assign a custom
action? like delete ie.

This looks like it might even scratch your
back for ya. If I wasn't so cheap I might
want one of these myself. Still using my
old usb mouse from win98 on new winXP.
