InstallShield Error Message

When trying to load Canon Powershot S400 software I get
a "error 1607 unable to install Installshield script
runtime" message. THh error log says Product: ISScript -
Error 1406. Could not write value folder to key
HKEY_LOCAL _MACHINE\SOFTWARE\InstallShield\Driver\7
\Intel32.System error. Message.

Any ideas?
