InstallShield Scripting Runtime Error

I bought an Apple iPod for Christmas, but I can't install
it's software. The error message:

"1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting
Runtime."

pops up. Anyone know a cause/solution to this?

Try installing the iPod software again, but this time from Safe Mode.
You may have a program running that's interfering with the
installation. I don't know if Apple has a support group for the iPod
Windows installation - but if they do, that might be the best place to
go for information. Good luck.
