Installing VPN Client

On xpH and xpP both with sp2. I get the following error message durring the
install "Cisco Systems VPN Client is not compatible with Microsoft's Internet
Connection Sharing for Windows XP. Internet Connection Sharing must be
uninstalled before the VPN Client can be installed."

I have stopped the windows firewall/ICS service, but cann't find a way to
remove it totaly from my system.

Help!!

The message from the Cisco VPN client is wrong. It isn't possible to
install or un-install Internet Connection Sharing in Windows XP.

According to the Cisco web site, VPN Client versions 3.5(1)D and later
have a parameter to ignore the ICS check prior to installing. See:
