installing/uninstalling more than one operating system

I made a mistake when I was attempting to reformat my computer. Now when I start it up, I have to pick the option of going to Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (the way my computer was before I messed things up), or Microsoft Windows XP Setup.

How do I get rid, or uninstall the Microsoft Windows XP Setup?
