installing software problems

Hi
when I installe the software for nero it keeps telling me that process of
translation can not be done, it said that only part of a readprocessmemory or
writeprocessmemory request was completed dont know what that means I need
help with this

Dump Nero and get Stomp Record Now.

I've not had any system errors and CD or DVD read write problems since
removing Nero and going with Stomp.

Have you contacted Ahead Software for support? Is your PC free of viruses,
worms, adware, spyware, Trojans and hijackers?

are you running other burning software?
other than the default windows media burn.....

I had to reboot my computer lately so I want to reinstalled the software
thats when the problems started I just need help with this
